The Once and Future Year: 2022-2023

Summary and predictions.

From December 2020:

Will Nick Fuentes begin to replace Richard Spencer as the bogeyman for Greg Johnson?

From December 2021:

Chances are good that Johnson will either engage in a new feud or intensify an existing one; however, I admit that is sort of in the “the sun will rise tomorrow” category.

See this:

Greg JohnsonMay 10, 2022 at 12:36 am

The Fuentes cult’s last resort, the childish jeer: You are jealous of our leader!

I am sure they said the same thing about Jim Jones’s critic

Exactly like I predicted – Johnson starts replacing Spencer with Fuentes as the bogeyman. Further, Le Blanc admitted that he resigned from Counter-Currents because he was prevented (presumably by Johnson) from continuing to promote Fuentes there.

Also, from December 2021:

Just like I predicted that the Alt Right would end up as a disaster, I now do the same for America First and the Amnats.

Let’s see.  Le Blanc has now denounced his hero Fuentes for a wide variety of reasons.  Fuentes now seems to be a Kanye West supporter and while Nicky may still have the support of his “youth” sycophants, it seems that people in Der Movement are distancing themselves from him the same way they did to Spencer when he started imploding. Meanwhile, “Mommy” Malkin announced stepping away from activism as another blow to the Fuentes crew. Finally, Trump fans can’t be too happy with Fuentes for getting their God Emperor in hot water, re: the Mar-a-Lago visit.

As regards Dickie Spinster: For the past several years, I’ve been predicting that sooner or later Richard Spencer would leave the “movement.” From December 2021:

In one sense, some of the predictions for 2021 need to be moved to 2022. Spencer out of Der Movement?

Well, 2022 seems to be the year. That was the fellow made head of NPI without any discernible qualifications and who rose to prominence as The Grand Poobah of the Alt Right.  Please tell me again how my exposing Der Movement’s ethnic affirmative action program is merely “insanity” and “paranoia” on my part. Of course, some claim that Mr. Spinster still has some involvement, so, you know, the endless “movement” drama goes on and on.

Also from December 2021:

One major prediction is that the battle for the future of Der Movement will continue and intensify, with the HBD-Nordicist-ethnonationalist-Amnat alliance pushing multiracialist mainstreaming and remnants of the WN 1.0 Old Guard and the more hardcore WN 2.0 folks resisting this direction.

WN 3.0 multiracialist mainstreaming – Kanye West?  Certainly!  Never mind Neil and the Lipster.

Then we have this prediction:

I’m not going to make mainstream political predictions for the 2022 American mid-terms election – anything can happen before then and one should never underestimate the ability of the “count your chickens before they’re hatched declare victory and go home” Right to self-destruct and ruin the election.

Right on target. That is EXACTLY what happened.  Could Sallis be more prescient?

More:

Der Movement’s foray into anti-vaxxism suggests the high probability that it will hitch its wagon to some other absurd nonsense gurgling up from the fetid sewers of mainstream pop culture – something essentially and irrelevant to core White interests that the Quota Queens will nevertheless insist is “part of the fight against Globalism.”

Again – Der Movement’s love of pop culture icon Kanye West.

So, some of the things predicted for 2022 definitely did come to pass and will continue I am sure in 2023. More Predictions for 2023:

I can again repeat my prediction about the revealing of moles and infiltrators.

I can again repeat that the battle for the future of Der Movement will continue and intensify, with the HBD-Nordicist-ethnonationalist-Amnat alliance pushing multiracialist mainstreaming and remnants of the WN 1.0 Old Guard and the more hardcore WN 2.0 folks resisting this direction.

I can predict that Trumptards and various ethnic fetishists will attempt to openly use the “wop card” against DeSantis, making his Italian ancestry as a major strike against him.

I can predict that $300,000 won’t be enough for Counter-Currents in 2023, and their fundraising goal will be some sum greater than that.

I also predict that the 2023 Amren conference will include at least one Jew and/or Colored speaker.

I also predict that Meloni in Italy will continue to disappoint, re: race and immigration.

I predict that there is a good chance that the cause of death for Roberts/Rojas will eventually be disclosed, possibly this upcoming year.

I’m not sure how much lower Der Movement can go compared to where it is in December 2022, but, hey, remember, these guys have decades of experience with absolute, utter, endless, humiliating failure and pitifully bad judgment, so anything, any collapse, is possible.

Odds and Ends, 11/19/22

In der news.

Another weak, despicable, and superficial “take” by Hood. Yes, yes, we need to “build local networks” and do [some vague pablum to attract supporters]. OK, Then why doesn’t Amren contribute? How about building those local White networks and stop talking about Asian racial superiority?

Further, ceding national political power to the Left is going to be a problem for your mythical “local networks” that federal power can shut down overnight. For godssakes, a relative nonentity like Sallis can’t even have a blog without it being deleted by Woke Capital, what makes you think that your “moots” will be safe from the Government-Corporate Alliance?

Finally, once again to Hood and the mass media – STOP using Fetterman’s win as some sort of barometer for the success of left wing populism in “deep red districts.” “Deep Red” hick areas in flyover country in America – PA especially – are pathologically exclusive in us/them outlooks based on community (not race). Someone – White, Black, Groundhog – who is a native Pennsylvanian (the more generations the better) is “good” and anyone from outside is “bad.” If the GOP had run some native PA High Trust retard instead of a moronic (a “medical doctor” who eats lentils the day before his colonoscopy) cosmopolitan dual citizen socially liberal Turkish Muslim, then left-wing populism would have crashed and burned. For godssakes, can these blue state coastal elites get their heads out of their asses and realize that red state flyover country is primarily composed of extras from the movie Deliverance?

The EGI Notes blogspot site deletion episode reinforces my belief that we are too dependent on the Internet; we have stressed the digital at the expense of the analog. After more than 20 years of online fantasy activism, I’m not sure that many folks would know where to start in the real world – one of the few benefits of the Amren conference is to maintain some face-to-face humanity.

I saw this coming long ago. Besides the ideological differences, one of my (many) tactical differences with Pierce was with his enthusiasm for the Internet. Without getting into details, I can say this difference reared its head even as far back as when I met him during the Clinton years. He was hyper-ventilating about the potential of the Internet even then. I also recognized the potential of the Internet but not at the expense of the “bread and butter” real world work. Essentially, I wanted analog and digital together, in equal measure, and the Fearless Leaders want to go “all in” to digital exclusively. They were painfully naive (as usual) if they thought the “Wild West” open atmosphere of the early Internet would last.

If you want to encourage someone to get involved in an activity – like political activism – that may be difficult, unpleasant, and involving sacrifice, what is the best way to do it? Do you ease them into it, give them manageable projects, let them achieve victories (no matter how small), and build up a tradition of success to build their confidence and give them hope for the future Or do you immediately throw them into the most difficult and impossible work, subject them to one humiliating defeat after another, erode their confidence, construct a tradition of inept failure, and this create an atmosphere of despair – while preaching “worse is better?”

Let’s try again. Do you build esprit de corps, loyalty and comradeship, and a feeling of value? Or do you scorn them as inferior, and outsider and/or (falsely) claim that outgroup members are their superior in every way?

Do we begin to understand the failures of Der Movement? Do we understand why even small scale wins like democratic multiculturalism are important? And why the HBD cult is so stupid and deadly?

It is amusing when people who are allegedly afraid of political violence promote the “solution” of censoring and deplatforming those people they allegedly fear – actions which will of course do more to incite that political violence than anything else. I cannot believe that the “experts” are so stupid that they do not understand that by disenfranchising people from the political process they leave the no choice than acting out. Indeed, I suspect that they do know this and are deliberately inciting their opponents into violence so as to justify even more repression against them.

Statement:

The real purpose of the Alt Right (and the associated ideology of HBD Nordicism) was, and is, to purge Der Movement of White ethnics, especially Italians.

This was implicit in WN 2.0 and is more or less explicit in WN 3.0.

Here Greg Johnson simply lifts all of my arguments against Trump and against “worse is better” and slaps his own name on them. That’s the same guy who was calling Trump a sincere man of genuine greatness when I correctly and presciently labelled Trump a fraud and a buffoon.

I’m calling you out Johnson as a fraud and as an intellectual plagiarist.

Johnson:

Trump, in short, is an unprincipled egomaniac, and it would be very foolish to depend on him for anything.

Gee, what happened to the sincere man of genuine greatness? The quote above sounds like what I was saying six years ago.

Kumar and Fuentes

Considerations.

I would like to make some definitive statements on my position, re: Neil Kumar and Nick Fuentes, so that my somewhat negative views cannot be legitimately dismissed as just being from a “bitter old crank.”

First, and this should go without saying, but I’ll say it anyway, I have nothing personal against either gentleman. The same holds for my criticism of people on the Far Right in general, whether those are core “movement” figures (e.g., Johnson, Taylor, Spencer, Strom, and the deceased Pierce) or peripheral figures to be placed in the general Far Right but not in Der Movement itself (e.g., Kumar and Fuentes).

Kumar himself I see as having two problems. First, his ancestry. That’s no fault of his of course but is nevertheless an issue. After all, if we oppose non-European immigration into European lands, the non-European ancestry of the migrants is no fault of theirs, but it is an issue – the issue – nevertheless. Second, Kumar is associated with elements of the “movement” of which I disapprove – the Amren race realists (and he’s been supported by Counter-Currents, etc.).  Those are problems he does have control over and he has chosen to affiliate with those elements. Maybe he has no choice – maybe others would reject him because of his ancestry, but, again, the situation is what it is, even if we want to avoid pinning blame for it. So, given those affiliations, even if he was of full White ancestry, I would still have serious reservations about him and his candidacy. That he is half-South Asian only multiplies those reservations.

Nevertheless, I wish him well in his campaign, I hope he wins (however unlikely that is) and he is no doubt sincere. Again, nothing personal. Ultimately, the biggest problem with Kumar is nothing to do with himself directly, but instead it is Der Movement’s reaction to his campaign (at least the reaction of those elements to which he is associated). They promote him openly; he is in their words “our man in Arkansas.” Retards like van de Camp try to spin away Kumar’s South Asian ancestry by historically and genetically illiterate ramblings about “Aryans” and Y chromosome haplotypes, trying to falsely equate Kumar’s ancestry with that of a full-blooded European. This fits into all my criticism of multiracial WN 3.0 – Rosie and the Kids White Nationalism.

The proper reaction to the Kumar campaign would be polite distance, positive commentary to the extent warranted, criticism where warranted, and wishing him well. The full embrace of this half-South Asian, and the unprincipled exception attitudes leading to absurd racial spin – I see that as counter-productive.

As regards Fuentes, putting aside questions about his ancestry, the issue is that he is, in my opinion, an immature civic nationalist, making many moronic statements and expressing dumb opinions, and the proper attitude of White nationalists toward Fuentes and America First should be – just like with the Kumar case – polite distance.

The multiracial nature of America First alone should give pause; however, given that Amren has had a Filipina conference speaker and Der Movement embraces Kumar, then I suppose that WN 3.0 has already jumped the multiracial shark.  But in a sane movement, the multiracialism alone should be a deal breaker for any close association. That’s aside from my general opposition to “big tent” mainstreaming and close association with Alt Lite-style civic nationalists (apart from supporting explicitly pro-White White right-wing populists).

Then we have the immaturity previously alluded to.

The legend Michelle Malkin. Can we give it up? For Michelle? Here she is—she is brilliant. She is beautiful. She is the Mommy of this movement. And nobody is going to mess with Mommy! Am I right? Nobody messes with Mommy.

I remember when I was in my 20s. I was less mature than I am now, but there is no way I would be calling out anyone – much less an aging Filipina – as “Mommy” at a public meeting, much less a meeting of a political nature.  What kind of leader behaves like that?  What kind of followers accept it?  What kind of serious “movement” “leaders” praise it and associate with it?

Didn’t the Quota Queens learn anything from their involvement in the Alt Right fiasco?  Didn’t they learn to be skeptical of juvenile “youth culture?” Didn’t they learn not to jump on a bandwagon without knowing for damn sure that the bandwagon is not headed off of a cliff?  Don’t they have any judgment, any prudence, any reservations?  You know – the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce. Even if you want to label the farce of the Alt Right as a tragedy, given its very public collapse and the damage that did to pro-White activism, you must at this point realize that having the Quota Queens repeat the same mistakes with America First will indeed be a farce.

So, my attitude is this.  Best wishes to Kumar with his campaign, but I am not endorsing him, and I am keeping my distance and I am criticizing Der Movement’s attitude toward Kumar. If Fuentes is successful, fine, maybe that could do some good (or maybe not, if America First and Fuentes’ antics taint White nationalism by association), but America First and what it stands for really doesn’t have much to do with the agenda of the Sallis Groupuscule. I do think that America First will crash and burn eventually, just like the Alt Right, and it will be another humiliation for pro-White activism.

Finally, I note some incoherence in “movement” attitudes toward Kumar and Fuentes compared to other ideas they promote. For example, some “movement” “leaders” tell pro-White White Americans that if they plan to run for political office, they should not be openly affiliated with and associated with the “movement” in any way.  Now, I don’t necessarily agree with that advice, particularly today, when that advice is becoming increasingly outdated as the American political scene fragments and America becomes more balkanized and polarized. But, anyway, that’s their advice; I recall Hood saying that on some Counter-Currents livestream. But here comes Kumar, running for political office with various “movement” associations, and Der Movement thinks he’s the best thing since sliced bread (whole wheat, not white).  So, if being a political candidate openly associated with Der Movement is all fine and dandy for the light brown goose, then why isn’t it equally fine and dandy for the white gander?  Then, the same “movement” that looks benignly at Fuentes’ very public antics blacklists the “insane bitter old crank” Sallis for comments written while blogging.

Of course, this incoherence becomes much more coherent once one realizes “movement” agendas in promoting Rosie and the Kids White Nationalism (re: Kumar) and their interests in “movement” “leader” egos and revenue streams, as well as website page views (re: Fuentes). The Quota Queens will promote only those people who they see as no threat to the Queens’ personal interests (including their bank accounts).

The Once and Future Year: 2021-2022

Predictions – past and present.

See this.

As I always try to be fair and honest, it would seem that a number of my predictions from last year either didn’t come to pass or that the situation is uncertain. 2021 was a strange year of “stasis” for Der Movement, where fundraising was the major concern. Let us fisk my predictions from last December:

Will Nick Fuentes begin to replace Richard Spencer as the bogeyman for Greg Johnson?

Mixed – LeBlanc is pro-Fuentes, some Counter-Currents commentators are critical, and Johnson himself has been mostly silent on the subject.

Spencer leaving Der Movement, again 50:50 for 2021; I would say 80:20 for the next five years.

His status is murky, but it is looking more and more that he’s functionally out. Another interpretation is that he just was saying he regrets his time in the Alt Right and some of his more stupid actions, but regardless, looking at his behavior over the last year or so, there is a pattern of distancing himself from Der Movement.  Now, one could say that’s a good thing and is similar to my own disgust with Der Movement. Two differences: First, I was never a “leader,” someone handpicked by older Quota Queens to be groomed as a replacement; second, it is hard to take seriously someone on the Far Right who non-ironically (as he claimed) endorsed and voted for Joe Biden because “liberals are more competent.” We will no doubt eventually observe the next installment of the Richard Spencer saga.

If and when crackdowns on the Right commences, will important moles and infiltrators be revealed?

Not yet.

Likely another archaeogenetics disaster for Der Movement will occur – Ancient Egypt?

No, not in 2021, maybe in 2022. The Etruscan paper in 2021 was a mixed bag for Der Movement, with most of the dubious positives for fetishists coming solely from the overt bias of the authors and not from the raw data. For another view, see this.

The decline of Groyperism?

As chronicled at Counter-Currents, there are definitely cracks in the façade, with all of the infighting, but, unfortunately, it is still going strong.

Chances of a Trump indictment in 2021, state and/or federal: 60:40; over the next four years, 80:20

Not yet.

It is likely that some unpleasant “dirt” on the Trump Presidency will come out that will be disturbing to Der Movement – evidence of Trump’s insincerity, or perhaps an illumination as to the degree of power Kushner has had over the Trump Presidency.

Nothing much yet.

We will continue to see more evidence of the HBD-Nordicist-ethnonationalist alliance, including, but not limited to, the declining Counter Currents exhibiting a “woke” “White nationalism” comfortable for “Rosie and the kids.” And more dogmatic Nordicism, no doubt, regardless of Johnson’s claims to the contrary in a livestream. The Johnsonian ethnostate: Nordics, East Asians, Jews, and homosexuals of all types.

Well, that was the one prediction that hit the bullseye. 100% on target!  See this. If the Alt-Right was “Beavis-and-Butthead White nationalism” then the current fiasco that is emerging can be termed “Rosie and the Kids White Nationalism.”

But, on the other hand, what to make of the brief burst of fervid anti-MacDonaldism that erupted at Counter-Currents in December? Was it a brief passing storm signifying nothing or the portent of more to come? It could be simply tit-for-tat: MacDonald allows Joyce to do his thing and in response Johnson lets “Hamilton” (and fellow-traveler commentators) do his thing. It is something to keep on eye on, but one cannot read too much into it; after all, the Quota Queens tend to remember that they need to “circle the wagons” to protect their mutual affirmative action advantages (although Johnson’s hatred of Spencer is too much to overcome, even to protect their shared quota benefits).

For the most part, Counter-Currents/Johnson and TOO/MacDonald have gone their separate ways, without much interaction, positive or negative.

The “movement” grifters will keep on grifting.

That’s right on the money (no pun intended?), but that’s not really much of a prediction, is it?

Will Jim Goad finish out 2021 still affiliated with Counter-Currents? I’d say a better than even chance, but no way is it 100%. Assuming Counter-Currents is still around by the time of the next Presidential election – chances that Goad is still affiliated – no more than 40%.

He’s still around. We’ll see how long it lasts.

I would like to point out that my general prediction of the past few years that the HBD-Nordicist-ethnonationalist alliance will be more and more obvious, with Counter-Currents playing an ever-more-important role, has been, of course, shown to be accurate. With Goad’s anti-Italianism, the emergence of anti-Italian commentators, and the return of the hyper-Nordicist plagiarist “Andrew Hamilton,” Counter-Currents is (with respect to on the ground reality, as opposed to brief livestream comments) increasingly throwing its lot in with Nordicism, and abandoning any pretense of being for all Whites.

This has continued. James O’ Meara has contributed a homosexual Nordicist component (not too surprising given rumors about some other prominent Nordicists).

It is very likely that if the System/Left starts cracking down on Der Movement, the Quota Queens with their “more of the same” will be woefully unprepared and we’ll all hear and read the equivalent of “wha’ happen?”

Not yet – see next item, below.

Relating that to the Counter-Currents comments above, one prediction that can be made is that as Der Movement comes under increasing pressure from the Left, it will “contract” and become narrower in scope, both ideologically and as far as its outreach efforts.  One can say it will become more “groupuscular” and “rhizome”-like.

This has not happened yet. Quite the opposite. One reason is that the Left, so far, has been more focused on the Mainstream Right and so the Quota Queens – inept failures as they are – have been slipping under the radar.  So, not much pressure.

Thus, various “movement” factions will contract to what they consider their real core constituency, which should be very revealing. This would have the effect of accelerating Counter-Currents’ focus on HBD-Nordicism and petty nationalist ethnonationalism, and its abandonment of a “big tent” approach to all Whites.

Not completely true, they still on the surface support “big tent,” but it does seem they’ve given up on White ethnics, while embracing a 10% non-White population. So, it would seem we’ve altered the people included under the test. Wops out, Malkin and Kumar in.

The homosexualism of Counter-Currents would be expected to increase as well, that being a core component of the blog’s identity.  When under stress, the inner self is unmasked.

There wasn’t much stress on these people in 2021, so this is deferred to the future.

One thing I failed to predict for 2021 was the extent of Der Movement’s (and Der Right’s in general) insane hysteria over the covid vaccine, the level of infiltration of rightist politics by the anti–vaxx crazies (heretofore more associated with left-leaning, spoiled, ignorant White women [or, more succinctly, White women]), and the overall covid denialism (that was already extant in 2020). Contra the Quota Queens and their assertion that I’m “paranoid” and suffering from “insanity” based on my critiques of Der Movement, in truth I continuously underestimate “movement” stupidity, irrationality, and overall craziness. I’m not going to make any predictions for 2022 about this issue because it is so obvious that “movement” madness about covid will continue that “predicting” that will be like “predicting” tomorrow’s sunrise.

Predictions for 2022:

In one sense, some of the predictions for 2021 need to be moved to 2022. Spencer out of Der Movement? Trump indicted? More Ancient Egypt archaeogenetic studies (certainly, some type of ancient DNA study is probable)?  No doubt “movement” grifting will continue.

Perhaps Michelle Malkin will become the standard bearer of the HBD-Nordicist-ethnonationalist-Amnat alliance’s mainstreaming and its multiracial Rosie and the Kids White nationalism.

I’m not going to make mainstream political predictions for the 2022 American mid-terms election – anything can happen before then and one should never underestimate the ability of the “count your chickens before they’re hatched declare victory and go home” Right to self-destruct and ruin the election.

Chances are good that Johnson will either engage in a new feud or intensify an existing one; however, I admit that is sort of in the “the sun will rise tomorrow” category.

I can again repeat my prediction about the revealing of moles and infiltrators.

While one can always expect some prominent person to drop out of Der Movement, the Burdi case suggests we can expect the opposite as well – previous drop-outs and apostates trying to get back in. Whether these “returns” are genuine or are people who have been “turned” and are trying to infiltrate may differ on a case-by-case basis. One thing that is difficult to discern is whether dropouts and returns are more likely during a period of apparent “movement” popularity (like the Alt Right stupidity) or during a period of apparent decline (I use the word “apparent” because I see continuous real decline in both periods, not to say there was much of a level to decline from in the first place).

Just like I predicted that the Alt Right would end up as a disaster, I now do the same for America First and the Amnats. With all of my differences with Pierce – and believe me they are many – it is clear that Der Movement never recovered from his death. The current crop of “leaders” are not fit to have cleaned Hadley’s litterbox.
