Apologists for the Tradster would say that Medvedev wouldn’t say this unless it was approved by The Boss, and that is perhaps correct, but it still doesn’t explain why The Boss doesn’t put the weight of his authority and prestige to say it himself. In any case, Medvedev is correct.
